Specify the material
and finished condition.

Stainless steel is a core focus. Carbon steel, galvanized steel, aluminium, copper and brass can also be reviewed for your project. Tell us the grade, sheet or wall thickness, condition and any requirements that affect how the part will be used. Explore material options.

Cut edges
Identify burr restrictions, edge treatment and any mating surfaces that need additional work.
Surface
Explain which faces are cosmetic, whether the surface needs protection, and the finish you require.
Additional work
Include bending, threads, machined features or other operations on the finished drawing.

Before you send the file.

Use a clearly identified drawing revision, show the units and include the dimensions that matter to fit or assembly. Tell us the quantity and delivery requirements so the review covers the complete project.

A cutting file

A DXF helps describe a flat outline. Closed cutting paths and clear separation of cut geometry from annotation make it easier to interpret.

A finished-part drawing

A dimensioned PDF or image communicates features, tolerances, bends and notes that a cutting contour alone may not contain.

A procurement brief

Include material, quantity, surface finish, inspection documents, packaging and the required destination or delivery date.

Common questions.

Can you laser cut ultra-thin metal sheet?

Yes. We offer ultra-thin sheet laser cutting for custom flat parts. Send the material grade, exact thickness, profile, quantity and requirements for flatness, burrs and surface condition. Minimum thickness and feature feasibility are confirmed against your drawing and material.

Can I send a drawing image instead of a CAD file?

Yes. A clear dimensioned JPG, PNG or PDF can start the inquiry. A DXF is useful for a flat cutting contour. Missing dimensions and ambiguous geometry need technical review.

Do I need to register before requesting a quote?

No. Upload your drawing and provide your contact email, quantity and requirements. No customer account is required.

Can laser cutting be combined with other processes?

Yes. Cutting can be reviewed together with bending, CNC operations and supporting finishing. The required operations are agreed for the finished part.

What does the 3D preview cover?

Eligible flat profiles, discs, rings, simple straight solid cylinders and concentric circular tubes can be previewed after dimensions are confirmed. Bends, side holes, steps, tapers, threads and assemblies need technical review. Preview support does not confirm a manufacturing process or quotation.
