Laser Cutting & Bending

Combine a laser-cut profile with bending and supporting machining. Share both the finished geometry and any available flat pattern.

Illustrative stainless steel bent parts
Representative component-family illustration

Review the finished shape, not only the flat blank.

For a cut-and-bent part, the position of a bend affects the finished geometry and how the component fits. Include the formed view even if you have a flat pattern.

Bend direction & geometry

Show bend directions, angles, inside radii and flange dimensions. Identify the surfaces or datums used to measure the finished part.

Features near a bend

Mark holes, slots and cutouts near bend lines. Explain which distances and mating features must be preserved on the formed component.

Surface & assembly needs

State which faces are visible, restrictions on tool marks, and whether the part needs machining, joining or finishing.

Drawing review for bent parts

Share the finished-part drawing and any available flat pattern. Automatic preview supports eligible flat profiles and simple straight circular geometry; formed geometry is reviewed by the engineering team.
