Website terms of use.

These terms explain the use of the INDMCH website and its custom manufacturing inquiry tools. Project specifications and commercial conditions are reviewed separately for each quotation.

Updated .

1. Website information and illustrations

The website describes custom laser cutting, bending and supporting machining. Product images and geometry diagrams illustrate component types; they are not production drawings or evidence of a particular delivered project. Technical references explain general industry knowledge rather than our equipment specifications or certifications.

2. Submitting an inquiry

No customer account is required. You may submit a drawing, dimensioned image or written requirements. Include accurate contact details and the material, dimensions, quantity, finish and critical features that you know. Tell us when a requirement is still undecided.

Submitting an inquiry does not place an order or confirm a price, delivery date or manufacturing process. These details need a project review and quotation.

3. Drawings and upload rights

Submit only files that you own or are authorized to share for manufacturing review. Identify the drawing number, revision and units where available. Please do not upload unrelated personal information or files that compromise the website or other users.

If your project requires an NDA or specific restrictions on processing a drawing, discuss them with us before uploading the document.

4. Optional AI review and 3D previews

Automated drawing recognition and 3D previews are optional communication tools. They can misread dimensions, omit features or identify details that need clarification. Review the extracted parameters and supplement unclear information before relying on a preview.

A confirmed preview means the preview parameters have been checked by the submitter; it does not mean engineering approval, a manufacturing commitment or a final inspection result. The approved engineering drawing and agreed specifications remain the manufacturing reference.

5. Quotation and production requirements

Material availability, process feasibility, tolerances, finishing, quantity and requested delivery date are reviewed for the actual part. Record project-specific scope and commercial conditions in the quotation and order documents. Changes to a drawing or requirement need a further review.

6. Privacy and external references

See our privacy and drawing handling notice for inquiry data and automated document processing. External technical links belong to their respective publishers and have their own terms and privacy notices.

7. Questions and corrections

Use our contact page to ask about these rules, request clarification or report inaccurate website information. For an existing inquiry, include its reference number.
